New York Strip Steak

New York has laid the most famous claim to the strip steak, but a New York Strip steak is also known as the Delmonico steak, Kansas City Strip steak, Sirloin Club steak, and Shell steak. What is it? The New York Strip is a nice piece of meat cut from the T Bone portion, and it comes from the short loin (middle) area of the cow.

Characteristics of New York Strip steaks include:
